1440p Very High Overwatch

Want to see what I need to run 144p Overwatch at Very High-Ultra (maybe even Epic) settings, without burning out my GPU and CPU. Currently looking at CPU+GPU combo, pretty much set on other components.

What is the overall budget ? (GPU price is missing although it says $459.99 when you click on it)

A few things you could change,

 

1. The cooler is absolute overkill for the 3600. It doesn't run that Hot out of the box and the stock cooler does pretty well to hold it up with precision boost enabled.

 

2. Get a Sabrent Rocket instead of the MX500. Is around the same price and quiet a bit fast.

 

3. The Focus Gold line up has some issues due to which it is out of our recommendation. Get a Be quiet! Pure Power 11 CM 500 or Corsair TXM 550.

 

4. If only Over Watch is your concern, then even a 1660 Ti paired with R5 2600 can throw 140+ Avg FPS at epic settings with 100% resolution. But if you do frequently play other titles then the 5700 XT and the 3600 is the sweetspot for 1440p Gaming.

 

Other than that you have done a great job creating this part list. However you do not need that much ventilation for this setup but its always good to have it so, your choice their
