Ryzen 3700x High idle clocks and temps

Hi all,

Recently my 3700x started constantly boosting to over 4GHz at idle and ryzen master reports 81-83C at idle. I don't know why this happened, I haven't changed anything recently, this seems to have happened overnight. I have my mobo's latest bios and the latest amd chipset drivers (1.8.19.0915). Please help!

Ryzen 3700x

They did, and I flashed my board. It still has a problem.

Current bios version Fa - https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/X570-I-AORUS-PRO-WIFI-rev-10/support#support-dl-bios

Also, didn't it help them CPUs clock a bit higher as well?
