Building a new pc (looking for some feed back and possible problems like bottlenecks

Hey guys,

I plan to build a new PC based on the specs below,

two important things, I already have SSD and HDD storage and a 500w power supply that I plan to add to the system and the prices might seem high as I am Australian and the prices are in $AUS

 

Questions I have:

overclocking: I aim to overclock sometime in the future hence the aftermarket cooler, this overclocking worth it on this system, what improvements would i see?

GPU: Is the GTX 1660 worth it?, graphics cards like the 1060 6gb and Gtx 1070 are other worthy cards I am not sure if its worth spending up and buying the GTX 1070

General: I am looking for some feed back (are these parts good value for money, or any other constructive feedback) and possible problems like bottlenecks or overclocking ability's

there are gtx1080 used for the price of a 1660, should be better
