Video and audio out of sync

Hello everyone! I've recently bought a Lenovo Y540 and I've been having issues with the audio and video playback. What happens is that when I start watching a lets say youtube video, its all fine at the beginning but as the video goes on the video and the audio slowly start going out of sync (seems like the video is falling behind the audio). I've tried everything from uninstalling the default Realtek drivers, to trying out the Microsoft High Definition ones, as well as turning off any audio effects or enhancements in the Sounds section. Any solution would be greatly appreciated, thanks! :D

With all Youtube videos? Have you tried different channels? Or what about video files and not streaming?

Do you use stereomix as your sounddevice ? That may cause that ! 

I used it play sound of multiple devices but one is out of sync ! Iam not sure if thats the case but mmaxbe give it a try
