how to flash a new vbios for my MSI RTX 2080 TI GAMING X TRIO ?

So i have got the new bios from msi directly and i didnt know how to flash using nvflash can anyone teach me in  detail ? since msi didnt really explain to me properly so i just went here and ask . but hey thanks to whoever is helping me ! :)
