Which GPU to pair with my used gaming system I want to sell?

I am selling my bedroom gaming PC as I recently upgraded my primary gaming PC.  I will build a newer ITX gaming system as the bedroom gaming PC using left over parts from my primary PC.  Problem is I now have 3 systems and only two GPU's.  I am not sure if I should include one of my current GPU's in the one I am selling and buy a new one, or buy a used one for the one I will sell, or try to sell it without a GPU.

PC to sell...

i7-7700K@5.0Ghz

Corsair H100i v2 with upgraded mag-lift fans

16GB DDR4-3000 RAM

Asus Z170 mobo

650W EVGA GQ Gold PSU

Corsaif 570x case in white.

*white & RGB build, most parts are white and/or have RGB.

The two GPU's I have are a GTX 1070 Ti(EVGA FTW2) and a GTX 1080 Ti(MSI Trio).

My primary PC has a 9700KF and has the 1080 Ti in it for 1440p@144Hz gaming.
My bedroom(ITX) PC will have an 8700(non-K) and was planning on putting the 1070 Ti in it for 1080p@144Hz gaming.

Option #1 - sell 7700K system without GPU.

*this allowed me to keep both of my powerful cards and not have to spend extra money on a new one.

*downside is it might be harder to sell.

Option #2 - buy a used replacement GPU.

*the 1070's seem to be a great price to performance in the used market, often going for $200 or just over.

*I could get a white one to really complement the build.

*downside is getting a card would limit the buyers down to those who want only that level.

*another downside is I have to buy a used card and not sure I will get my money back during the sale.

Option #3 - let the buyer pick one of my existing cards and I will adjust the selling price accordingly.

*this would allow me to get a newer card for one of the builds.

*downside is this will cost me more money in the end as I have to purchase a new card or risk a used card.

both your gpus are in use, so sell the extra pc without gpu makes most sense.

on top of that, the extra gpu would cost a great portion on total price of pc, this will scare most buyers away

My current thought is to sell it with no GPU, but offer the choice of either of my GPU's, but at a high up change price, ie $300 for 1070 Ti and $600 for 1080 Ti.  I could also offer to help them pick the best GPU for their needs and even offer to install it if they didn't get one of my GPU's.  That might be a good compromise.
