I Have Crazy Parts, But they Aren't Preforming.

2. ASRock X570M Pro4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard

3. G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory

4. Toshiba 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

5. GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2070 GAMING OC WHITE 8G Video Card

6. EVGA BR 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

 

I have these parts and Adobe CC will not run smoothly. I have no idea why. I have even made my settings in Adobe to Potato settings and its still the same. I do not know the problem. Please help.

 

I have also had a problem with my Polychrome sync for my motherboard. Which i feel like my motherboard may be the problem, I try to load up the Chrome and it says "utility not found."
