What the heck is that?! (CMD pop-up and close itself)

Every few hours CMD starting pop-up, and it scared me many time. But now it is annoying me for while! I tried scanning it with everything you can thinking of, and won't finding anything like that. Anyway to fixes that annoy pop-up?

 

Really hard to capturing that error. And I finally got one for 3-4 years.... Here:

Go to task manager and start up and see if that exe is on startup and what not.

Looks like task scheduler is trying to run a program that no longer exists on your system. I wouldn't be too worried about it. Open task scheduler and see if you can find anything there that you uninstalled.

May try right click start menu and open computer management. Look at the Windows Logs in Event viewer. Might find the error with the specific path list in the Application or System logs (or other)

not sure how to nessossarily fix this error but to ease capturing this pop up, I would have suggested you simply screen recordered with something like OBS.
