Need Advice to Start my E-Sport based HUB.

Hey there, I am new to the forum but have watched a Ton of your Youtube videos.

The most recent I watched was setting up your Lounge you Made in your Store.

 

I'm currently in the Process of a course to help me start up a Company of my own and wanted to Open up a E-Sport based Venue. My goal was to have 20-30 PC's Eventually that people can Stream from. I'm Planning to do some console setups with couches as well that would be Streamed aswell. I think for the first Setup I would like to start up with 10 PC's. The initial idea was is it possible to Create a Server Tower holding 10 PC's in it to make it Mobile that I could take to event's for easier Setup or possibly 2 movable Towers that have 4-5 Pc's in it for stations. Or would it be better to just have single PC towers and stations? If I could have it where I could move say 2 Towers that case 4+ Pc's in it then hook up Monitors and such from it that would be the most Ideal for the first setup imo. The first setup would be LAN based with the option for internet connectivity depending on the Venue it would be at.

 

I really need some input and Ideas as I'm not very knowledgeable in these kind of configurations. I know how to build a pc but not Towers.

Also How would ethernet work for a Esport Cafe? Would i need multiple routers to power a certain amount of PC's or can one fiber optic router run 20-30 hook ups?
