System Config :
Asus z270e

i7-7700k
GSkill TridentZ 16x2

Zotac 1070 ti Amp Extreme
XPG SX6000 Pro (256GB)
1 TB Seagate
Windows 10

It was running fine for a while. Suddenly system restarted but didn't get past BIOS. On restarting the system no POST signals and no BIOS.
I tried

  • Changing RAM slots.
  • Reset CMOS.
  • Tried without GPU.

No use.

Once saw Blue Screen of Death(Windows 10). Then BIOS didn't show up.

Have you tried just one ram module at a time?

Could be a PSU issue, do you have another PSU you can test in the system?

Start by unplugging everything that isn't absolutely necessary for the system to POST (HDDs/SSDs/Optical/dGPU/all but 1 stick of RAM/etc.).

I've tried with 1 RAM, no GPU , No Harddrive with only SSD. Still no luck. Some time, BIOS would show up for few seconds then system would restart. Upon restarting BIOS won't show again.

Do you have a spare PSU around?

The idea of connecting only the motherboard, the PSU, the memory and the monitor seems excellent to me, if even then you can not load the BIOS then those are very bad news, as mentioned by the other mates above, test with another PSU if possible or if you have several RAM modules, just try one at a time or with other new modules. If the other devices are new and work well then the problem is your motherboard, if it is within the warranty period check to see if you can do an RMA.

After a day, Windows loaded once. But system restarted after 5 minutes in.

Okay! But if you can enter Windows (even with errors) then your problem is Windows and possibly corrupted boot files, not the BIOS. Try to load the machine in safe mode and run the following commands:
1. sfc /scannow
2. chkdsk
