when i click power button PC dont boot immediately

hey

when i click power button PC dont boot immediately, i mean i hear the fan start but it takes like 6-9 sec until the screen turn on and only then i get the gigabyte aorus logo where i can get to bios and when it dose it takes 10 sec to boot to windows. so why its happning?

 

note its a 2 days old PC

specs: 

CPU- Ryzen 9 3900X

RAM- Corsair Dominitor RGB 32GB (4x8) 3600Mhz CL 18

Storage- Gigabyte Aorus SSD m.2 nVMe 1TB gen4

GPU: Aorus RTX 2080 SUPER

PSU- Corsair ax850 titanium

Sounds fairly normal to me. My own computer takes ~5-10 seconds before my monitors register the GPU output and I see my motherboard logo. POST takes a few seconds (5~10) before my OS starts to load.

 

If this still isn't fast enough for you you can enable Fast Boot. I wouldn't as it makes it a little harder to get into the BIOS but it'd help cut down on that time.

Same here, I'm guessing it's a Ryzen quirk. The lights will come on, but the fans wont spin up until about 5 seconds later, quickly followed by POST.

You could try to turn on fast boot (or a similar named tech) in your motherboard BIOS, or perhaps it has a 'skip logo intro' setting.

Keep in mind the first couple sec. before your monitor turns on is decided by your monitor (I have three here, one of which takes about 10 sec. to start up/change input and the other do it in like 4 sec.)
