Does anyone know if an hp z220 pc is compatible with a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy FX sound card?

I'm just not sure whether the mother board ( Intel LGA 1155 Ddr3 RAM 655581-001) is compatible with this new end sound card.

Do you have a spare pci-e slot, does it fit in the computer and are you running an operating system that's compatible with the drivers offered for it as it was first listed on Amazon in 2013?
