New battery for Alienware 13 R3

Hi All,

 

I am appealing for help with this as Dell are as much use as a chocolate tea pot in the middle of the sahara desert while making tea (not sure where I was going with that but they are useless).

 

I have a 2017 Alienware 13 R3 which has pretty much killed the battery, I get about 45 minutes off of it. I really need to find a new one but Dell won't reply (I am willing to pay the extra to buy from them as well!) and I am not sure where would be the best place to get one. I've been searching and found a few places but I am never that confident about some places and would rather have suggestions for places people may have already brought from.

 

I am in the UK so a UK/European supplier would be preferred but willing to go further afield in order to get one that will work. I know I am small fry for a company such as Dell, but for all they know I might be the person who works for a big company and is responsible for buying all their computer kit!

 

Anyone got suggestions on reputable suppliers?
