hey ! 

yesterday i got my new PC:
 

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 3.8 GHz 12-Core Processor  
CPU Cooler: Corsair H115i RGB PLATINUM 97 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler  
Motherboard: Gigabyte X570 AORUS MASTER ATX AM4 
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (4 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL 18 Memory
Storage: Gigabyte AORUS NVMe Gen4 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Storage: Samsung 860 Evo 4 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive  
Video Card: Gigabyte AORUS RTX 2080 SUPER 8 GB Video Card 
Case: Corsair Obsidian 500D RGB SE ATX Mid Tower Case 
Power Supply: Corsair AX 850 W 80+ Titanium Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  
Case Fan: 1x Corsair LL120 RGB 120 mm Fan

 

and i dont knot why for some reason the rear fan and the AIO Corsair H115i RGB PLATINUM fans RGB dosent light and do anything except spin..

on ICUE i see the RAM, AIO and commander PRO and it seems everything connected, i was able to configure the 3 front case fan RGB, the RAM RGB and the PUMP RGB but the all the other Fans just spin..

what to do?

What software do you use to control the fan LEDs? If you connected your fans to the motherboard, it's possible that you can control the lights using Gigabyte's RGB Fusion 2.0; however, Corsair also has a software of their own - called iCUE - to control LEDs for certain components. Make sure you have both installed to control the different lights of your PC separately, and also make sure they're not conflicting with each other.

right now i use ICUE but still it dosnt work

i tryed RGB FUSION 2.0 but it recognize only the MB & GPU
