Losing hdmi signal after post

Sup,

 

 

So I'm losing hdmi signal after post and don't know why.

Sometimes I can get into the bios but it will still lose the signal anyway.

I already swapped the psu, resetted the bios and played with the ram sticks. I also tested with another gpu (rx 580), but that one gave no signal at all. All of that on a second monitor and cable as well. 

 

Motherboard: ms-7681 ver. 3.2 (with no display port)

CPU: i7 2600k

GPUs: Rx 580 and hd 6870

 

I am out of ideas...
