Stretching 16:9 to 21:9

Hey yall, I just wanted to know is there a way if you have a 21:9 if you can still view utube or netflix full screen without borders by using some stretching type technique and what not.  Do UW monitors since I havent used one have a option to go to 16:9 and res to fill the screen and what not.

Sorry, well I don't want it I was hoping for some sorta technology that changes aspect ratio while filling screen with a odd resolution hehhe.

On my phone (9:19.5 screen) I can sort of "zoom in" so it fills the screen for 16:9 videos. I almost never do it, because it removes massive bars from the top and bottom, meaning you lose quite a bit of content. Whenever possible, it does look quite awesome, with the minimal bezels on this phone.
