Hey Guys,

So idk if this is where I should post this but I have a problem with my Dell XPS 9560.

So I've been using the laptop for some time and it was working without any problems but lately when I use the on off button to go to hibernate, the laptop turns off as it should. When I press the button again to wake it up it gets stuck on the Dell logo and doesn't get into windows. I have to hold the power button til it turns off and restart it, which ofcourse defeats the purpose of hibernation. Plus it causes all unsaved files to go away.

I've tried updating the bios and a few other things on dell's website but nothing seems to work for me.

Anyone know what I can do to fix it?

Hibernation has been broken on XPS machines for almost four years now. No fix available. Just don't use that feature

Don't use hibernate just use sleep instead.
