Pc components and fans are all working but no video output at all not even from bios after a forced shutdown.

Hi all, so i built my pc like 5 weeks ago and everything ran fine till yesterday . My computer suddenly froze and was unresponsive so i forced shut it down. It wouldnt boot into windows after that so i just clean installed windows again. I downloaded all the drivers again and seemed to work fine until i restarted my pc today and it went to a black screen again and never powered on again but all the components and fans were on. Essentially the same problem only now its worse as i cant even get into the bios because i only get a black screen no bios screen at all and interestingly the keyboard doesnt even power on(all other peripherals attached do) i even switched ports and it still wouldnt power on. Any fixes? Could this be a hardware problem? Thanks in advance.

This is probably motherboard problem. I saw this few times - fans are spinning but no beep, no error codes etc.
