Low FPS with my new rtx 2060 Rainbow six siege

I just upgraded my gtx 1060 3gb to an RTX 2060. I am getting around the same FPS though. I am only getting between 100-115 FPS. My specs are ryzen 5 2600, 3200mhz 16gb dual channel ram and the RTX 2060. I am confused because people with the same setup are getting way more FPS then me in some cases on youtube at the same settings. My drivers are all up to date and I dont have any background programs that are taking a large chunk of cpu gpu or memory usage. Any help? Was there an update that lowered FPS? I have not played in a month or two.

Probably. no sense in finding consistancy with a game and operating system that are subject to constant software changes

But in case it hasnt might as well check your cpu usage if a gpu upgrade had no effect.

I know this thread is old but have you fixed it yet? I have the exact same problem.

Oh sorry ignore my message I thought you were talking about another issue I had a long while ago. Its fixed but I never did anything it just kinda fixed itself. If you have two ram sticks make sure they are in dual channel because I had an issue like that before.
