monitor turns off after 4-5 hours

i use aoc 2036s

monitor turns off after 4-5 hours 

i checked monitor settings but there is nothing there 

im having this problem about a year and half i didnt had it before

oh and when it turns off screen and back of monitor is very hot 

what should i do?

Sounds like it's overheating and turns off because of that, and overheating is most likely because the power-supply is going bad. That's a fire-hazard. If the monitor still has warranty left, RMA it.

no its a very old monitor

so there isnt any ways?

I wouldn't continue to use a monitor that overheats. You never know if it'll suddenly catch fire.
