w3550 or i3 2100?

I currently have Q9650 and i want to upgrade 

These two are i think my only options (Maybe i can grab a i5 2320 or 2400)

I will be pairing it with a GTX950.

Help me choose.

I am upgrading because i want to get rid of stuttering (BOTTLENECKS) caused by the Processor.

Help plz
