You can swap them, but because the sockets are so tight, they only really fit Outemu switches. Outemu does have some interesting tactile switches for you to check out.

OP also has to make sure that whatever switches they get that if the switches have two fixing pins (in other words PCB mounted swtitches), that the pins would have to be cut off. I only see holes for the two contact pins and the center stem.

Notice the two black stems on the PCB mounted switch on the right. You would have to cut them off with pliers, preferably flush cut pliers.
