Having a hard time picking a monitor

Alright. So i've been using an HP W2007 for quite a long time and I think it's time for an upgrade. I especially want a little more screen size and something better looking to play Doom Eternal on when it comes out. The main problem I have here is just the overall state of monitors. Design trends especially. So many monitors with RGB nonsense and just HORRIBLE designs that really grind my gears. It's giving me a really hard time and I don't know what to stick with. When I find a clean, sharp, right angle cornered monitor like the Dell S2419HGF I says to myself "AHA! Finally!". It looks professional, it's 1080p, 120/144Hz and it has pivot, tilt adjustments. And then I find out the monitor is pretty sub-par for a Dell and it looks kind of crappy.

Then there's the BenQ XL2411P (I think that's the right one). I remember Linus reviewing the XL2420TE and saying it was simply the best gaming monitor at the time, and despite being a TN panel could put out some really nice colours. I'm only ASSUMING the quality is consistent across all BenQ monitors and that this newer model is at least as good, if not better than the 2420TE in terms of colour?

After searching for a while I found the Samsung C24FG73 and it hit all the spots. Quantum Dot display; GREAT colours. 120Hz. 1ms response time. It LOOKS GREAT. Simple, clean right angles. And of course it has one feature which I really don't care for and find ruins the entire damn monitor... CURVATURE! UGH! WHY!?

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated, folks. I'm really torn and just can't make up my mind. And it's really been tiring. ?
