What gpu for dell OptiPlex 790

Hey guys what’s the best graphics card I can get for a stock Dell optiplex 790 tower i3-2120 @ 3.30 GHz 120GB SSD 8GB RAM looking at spending around £120 on any upgrades needed want to play csgo at the best settings possible with this machine. Many thanks

Do you know if the power supply has a pcie cable?

 

If not you would probably be looking at a gtx 1650 as it doesn’t need the cable. 

 

If it does have a cable then something like a used rtx 570 or 580
