Razer phone 2 best $400 phone?

I'm looking to buy a new phone and saw the razer phone 2 is only $400 now.

I've looked at other $400 phones like the pixel 3a and Motorola one and it looks like the razer is the clear winner.

Are there any other $400ish phones that can compete with the razer?

I'm not the most knowledgeable on phones so i just want some other opinions.

Considering Razers horrible support, poor quality control and known track record of bad design and defective products, I'd say its meh at best and bad value at worst
