Computer freezes after update and refuses to install new OS

So, after this recent win 10 update my computer wouldnt start everytime (50/50) and when he did he froze in a few minutes with me having to reboot.

Then i went and tried to install win7, after finaly getting this to work (USB3 problems...) the computer freezes. He never freezes in bios or in other parts of the setups (like langugage selection etc.)

For the last straw I did a BIOS update, now he doesnt freeze anymore. He just stop outputting anything. Still running, but no light. (mouse, keyboard) And the CPU LED on the mainboard is on.

I also tried win xp, he woulnd even boot it, even tho listing it as bootable devices

Is there anyone who knows how to fix my computer? I knew i should getting out of bed to stop the update when i saw it on screen...
