Case moding Alienware Graphics Amp or Transplant to new case

I watch the show all the time.  Was wondering since you like to custom build things.  I own an Alienware Graphics Amp. But unfortunately can't close the top case because my MSI rtx 2060 gaming z is to fat. I been thinking about putting the internals in new case and maybe water cooling it while I was at it.

Shouldn't be too hard to use a small case and transfer everything over, but you will need to make a mounting plate to house the PCB's from the alienware Graphics unit and have accessibility to the IO ports.
