Blue Yeti was taken off it's stand

Hi, so I was packing for college, felt the yeti was super bulky, needed to pack light, took it off stand thinking the screws were more modular but they weren't. I've been trying to use the mic but no luck. Has anyone unattached a Yeti and gotten it to work again? The USB has kinda been fickly before this so maybe that's the issue? I have the standd but may or may not have the screws. Thanks for any help
