I know linus tech tips sponsors a credit card company that allows you to make virtual credit cards, but I cannot remember the name. What is the name of the company?

The company is called Privacy, https://privacy.com/linus.

https://privacy.com/linus .. but USA only , any for AU ?

Privacy.com is USA only. I do not believe there are any equivalents for Australia.

Depending what you need it for there are other options you may have, such as pre-paid visa debit cards. I think AusPost sells them, but you'll need to check if there's any fees or anything associated with that.

Do someone have one for eu ? (belgium)

You can check with the banks, in Canada there's no company like privacy.com that does it, but some banks do. It's sucks that it's limited, it's really a great thing and should be rolled out worldwide IMO.
