Do you know what your default gateway is? This can vary. The default gateway address can be found in your router.

Wait. OVH, do you have access to the router?

Nope.. Only the server..

Well, in the IPv6 world 2607:5300:60:4b95::1 in itself can be the Default Gateway:

2607:5300:60:4b95 being the network

0000:0000:0000:0001 or ::1 being the first assignable host address (usually take by the Router)

Depending on the network there's a number of ways to configure it. It isn't always easy to guess the IPv6 gateway address. Sometimes it's as simple as FE80::1 but I also haven't worked with IPv6 in a while so I can't say that's the answer.

Honestly since this is a hosted server I'd say your best option would be to contact them and ask for it. If you try to go behind their back and enable IPv6 in the event it wasn't enabled by default for a reason it could very well void your contract with them.

If this was something you were hosting on site/at home then this would be faster/easier to solve for you.

Some more information is needed. So what did they say that address is for? For static assignment or gateway?

IPv6 is not configured the same mindset as IPv4. You don't need a gateway to be entered into your equipment depending on it's capabilities. That's what RS/RA are for.

XX::XX:01 doesn't always mean a default gateway IP as many people still use EUI for their addressing

I've messaged OVH. No response....

Sounds to me like you need a better hosting service then. I wouldn't want to host my servers on someone else's equipment if I can't reach them for support when I need it.

Router solicitation/ Router Advertisement. It's how routers are dynamically discovered and utilized. Essentially is you just throw the IPv6 in you equipment and their routers are advertising default route capabilities your server will send out to their router.
