Need help with dell poweredge t110

So i need to know a couple things

 

1. How am i supposed to find 1333mhz ecc ddr3? I can only find a couple of things on ebay or amazon and a lot of them look sketchy

 

2. whats the best graphics card i can put with the xeon x3460 without the system bottlenecking badly?

 

Just let me know please, really need a hand

1. none of these seem sketchy. you can always return shit on amazon if it doesnt work and stuff. 

2. mid range Gpu or lower (1060-ish or lower)
