Realy bad unstable fps for my cpu pls help

my Build

Case:Corsair 570x

MotherBoard:Asus Rog Maximus x code

Cpu: I7-8700k

Aio: Corsair 150i pro running push pull 

Fans: Corsair ll120 

Ram: Corsair Vengeance rgb

Gpu:Evga Rtx 2080ti FTW3

Psu: Corsair 650w rmi

i recently updated my bios and did a overclocked following de8saur guide https://youtu.be/CoUtA7DKXhU the only thing i changed was cpu clock to 4.7 and voltage to 1.270 and avx offset to 0 then i noticed bad fps so i went back to default setting in my bios but im still getting bad frame rate i used 3dmark for testing https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/39291256?
