ASRock X470 SLI/AC staying on for 10 seconds, restarting, and repeating. Need help

So i got one of those ddr4 sodimm to dimm adapters and i stuck 8gb of 2400mhz skhynix ram into the motherboard. The system has no other ram and for the cpu is using a ryzen 3 2200g.

Quite possible. Thats why im buying 4gb of legit desktop ram.

Would 2x4gb of 2400mhz crucial memory be fine for the chip and board? I know sk hynix can be a bitch on compatability.

Don't worry, I saw it - you're on an APU so I'd strongly suggest fast dual channel memory - it makes the Vega 11 go from slightly below a 1030 to crushing the 1030

Its all good. The 2200g is basically gonna be my debug/backup chip. Im thinking on getting a 3600 in a few months.
