Need as much gaming horsepower for $800 as I can get

Alright guys, I've been using my PS4 for all my gaming needs and my chromebook for my online classes but I really miss my steam library. My library is mostly FPS and RTS games from 2008 to 2016. I'm not expecting any gaming miracles, just trying to find the most bang for the buck. CPU, GPU and a 256GB+ SSD is most important. Everything else doesn't really matter. I was recommended the Asus Vivobook k570zd with a Ryzen R5 2500u, GTX 1050 and 256GB SSD for $599. I have another $200 to add to the budget and need the best bang for the buck "gaming" machine at that price.

have you checked out the used market?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad
