Build compatibility of the pieces and suggestion for better solutions

Hello everyone.

My idea for this Build is:

Mobility

Low maintenance

Video editing 30% gaming 70%

My budget is 1600€  without peripherals.

Case

Asus Tuf GT501.   €149

Pretty sure about this case since it’s durable and with the handles so I can carry it around.

Motherboard

Aourus Z390 pro Wi-Fi lga 1151 169€

or

Asus one, but I need your help. Max 250€

no overclock or maybe auto in the future.

CPU

i9 or i7 ? 490€max

Honestly I dunno.

the only thing I know it’s that I hate something slow in rendering tand that I won’t keep it for 5 or more years.

Ram

2666 or maybe 3000 MHz? 130€

my choice is Corsair Vengeance16 GB DDR4 3000 MHz

Better the 2666 MHz  for the price ?

or I can just set the MHZ on the bios and that’s it ?

Can you help me ?

No preference... rgb or not I prefer the best solution.

GPU

RTX 2070 super. 550€

The best choice for the price in my opinion.

PSU 120€

My choice is Corsair MR750x 750w

The idea is to cover the future of cpu or gpu or   OC if I’m going to be interested in it.

If you help me to make the right decision

my monitor is LG 27UL500

Keyboard NA ( maybe mechanical One )

Mouse deathadder croma

Watercooling

Corsair  h115i 120€

If you help me to make the best decision I prefer

Low Db.

low maintenance

And hight Portability.

SSD

110€

1st for the OS and Heavy Prog

970 Evo Plus 500 GB

The Other is Any ssd 1 tb

OS 60€ ?

windows home or pro ? 64 BiT

Total 1900€ but ofc I try to find all the Pieces on deals.

Do I need to add something else ?

Do I need another vent ?

Thanks everyone who will help me find the best parts.

Don't waste money on an i9 space heater. A Ryzen 7 3700X is the best option for you. Faster than the 9700K in editing, same in most gaming scenarios, runs cooler, uses less power than the i7 and doesn't suffer from the severe security holes in intel CPUs like Spectre and Meltdown. Get an Asus TuF X570 board and you'll be able to upgrade to a 12/16 core CPU or possibly Zen3 next year. Intels 1151 socket is dead and won't have any upgrade options.

You also don't need 750W. 450W is enough for that system so a high quality 500-550W power supply is all that you need. You also don't need water cooling. The 3700X comes with an excellent cooler in the form of the Wraith Prism. Spend the saved money on a 2080 or 2080 Super.
