I'd swap the 9900K and H150i with a 3700X/3800X/3900X and X62; I'd swap the Z390 with a ASUS TUF X570; I'd swap the 970 EVO 1TB with a Sabrent Rocket or HP EX920, and I'd swap the 3000MHz RAM kit for a 3600MHz RAM kit.

Other than that, your build's pretty great. All of these decisions will not affect performance while still being cheaper and in the case of the higher-frequency RAM and 3800X+, will actually only improve it.

I see Huge degradation in price in very near future.

 you dont need top end everything, always go for 2nd best for like 50% cheaper

We don't know what will you going to be doing with it. For office even a ryzen 3 2200g would be more than enough.
