Hi all..

I love to build PC but I admit that I'm not that expert in overclocking, only OC the CPU and GPU by knowing some of the basics and not that advance. I leave the RAM with XMP enabled, never bother to manually tune it by myself, so I never know the proper way to OC the RAM, especially the timings.

So, how to tighten RAM timings properly, step by step, how much should I change the timing values for each step, like CL, tRCD, tRP, tRAS, tRFC, CR how much should I change the value each of those item per step?

and what else to be tuned related to timings? Speed and voltage?

I usually just tune the speed and voltage and leave the timings alone.

I usually just turn XMP on and forget it rather than dealing with manual tuning of RAM timings, because I didn't interested on RAM overclocking, but now I have the will to know more about it.

Thanks..
