Wrong motherboard bios update what do i do???!!!!!???cmos

I updated my desktops motherboard bios with the wrong update and windows stopped working. I can still access the bios. I have tried clearing the cmos, removing the battery and reinstalling windows nothing has worked!!!

What do i do

If you can still get into the bios just flash it again? There shouldn't be any issues just flashing an older version onto it.

If you can get into the bios your fine, just flash the correct bios this time, sounds like the last one didn’t stick which is a good thing. Be careful messing with the bios updates
