Battlefield V Max Settings, this look right?

Solved by PopsicleHustler,
Turn off post precessing filters - Chromatic Aberration, Film Grain, Vignette and Lens Distortion. Film grain is what makes it look grainy. Other filters also make it look worse for some reason so everyone turns those filters off. They're located in Option - Video - Basic, scroll to the bottom.
