GPU 100% can’t do anything

Hey guys. Just recently I’ve been having issues with my GPU. I am unable to do anything. As soon as I open anything my GPU usage goes to 100% and I am unable to do anything. I have no clue why. I tried a benchmark out of curiosity with everything closed and it ran 2 FPS. I have restarted several times. Uninstalled drivers and installed again. I’m running a ryzen 5 1400 with a Radeon 590. None of the components have been overclocked and they are not old. Please help

if that is a capture right after a reboot, check your startup tab.  realm is running wild.

It’s not part of my reboot. That’s 20 min after I rebooted

It did the same thing with YouTube on a 360p video. As soon as I do that everything gets super laggy

'Realm' is using the 100% gpu.

 

Im not sure what it is, but just end the process.

I’ve ended everything I cannot so anything on here.  Immediately runs GPU to 100% and lags everything out
