PC turned off and won’t open (burning smell)

Hello,I didn’t know where to post this but I have a problem. I bought an Led kit (Deepcool 200 pro) and connected to the Mobo (Aorus B450M) the lights turned on and so did the fans but immediately turned off and the pc won’t open. It smells like something burning,when I try to turn it on the red light indicator on the Mobo for the CPU flashes once and then shuts down without anything else like the fans opening. Could it just be a bad PSU?

 

CPU:Ryzen 3 2200G

motherboard: AIRUS B450M

SSD: WD Green 120gb M.2

RAM: 2x8 Kingston HyperX Fury 2440Mhz

PSU: Coolermaster Masterwatt Lite 400W

Your junky PSU likely shit itself. I have no idea if it killed anything else. It's quite possible, though. Start filling out warranty applications for the board and cpu

Yeah that’s what I thought. Everything is under warranty so I’ll probably take to the store where I bought them from to replace whatever is faulty. I’ll also buy a better PSU as well,any recommendations for one? I don’t really need a lot of Watts just something trustworthy.
