Windows 10 first boot of the day = no video signal

Every time I boot Windows 10(cold start), I get a monitor logo, then a no signal message. It seems like Windows is booting, but all I see is a blank screen. My  system is going on 2 years old, and this problem only really started about 6 month ago.

My work around, is if I don't see a cursor on the screen, within 1-2 seconds after I get the no signal message, I press the reset button on the case, and then Windows boots, and the monitor works fine.

What is the problem? I can live with it, but It is a PITA. Thanks.

Mmm. I got this charger with my phone about 6 months ago. I have a Google Stand wireless charger, plugged into the motherboard USB-C port.

So,I guess I should unplug it and see if if it makes a difference next time I boot. Thanks.
