Desktop computer stuck in crash at startup loop

My computer is stuck in this loop, it crashes when trying to load the os and then boots again, so i already reinstalled windows and changed the hard drive, but i have not gotten any results, does anyone know why or what could be causing this issue?

 

one day i got a blue screen and since then iv been stuck in this loop

If you were able to reinstall Windows ,that means it could be related to a hardware issue.

 

Remove everything except the hard drive, one stick of RAM and a keyboard (and when I say everything, I mean it : GPU, any other drives, accessories, etc...)

i had to reinstall windows with another computer, because the bootable flash drive also crashed, i also already did all the other things you mentioned

Oh, then it doesn't look good.

 

Next things to try ;

• Different memory
• Different motherboard
• Different CPU
• Different PSU (that one should be the easiest).

damn, ok, i have none to spare, i guess im going to take it to a technical service, meanwhile any other idea is appreciated thanks
