Moving and removing my monitor stabd.

So I am moving to California for a job tomorrow and I am trying to pack my computer monitor in the box it came in. The issue us I do not know how to remove the monitor stand. I don't want to break it as u got it 1 month ago but I would also like to utilize the box it came in.

How did you put the stand on in the first place? Usually it's a reversal of that process.

It looks like it might be a tab type thing underneath that releases it.

Image is far too dark where the stand connects to the monitor for me to even recommend anything, however, as @jstudrawa pointed out, removing a monitor stand is usually done by doing the installation steps in reverse. If you can get a clearer picture or supply us with the EXACT make and model, we might be able to be of more assistance.

Parton me if Im being stupid. But what kinda crummy stand is that if I see the pic correcetly. Then again all TVs and monitors are usually cheap with stands but I guess it is suffice to people. Your going to brick the hardware if you try to do this. This monitor looks like its on some kind of turnable feet. I don't man, I personally wouldn't risk bricking your monitor, but that is just me. However you can have feet that come off but maybe not in this unit.

I can only guess without more information.

Usually with stands like that is either screwed in with 2-4 screws on the back part of the monitor or there is a plastic clip that is holding that stand piece. You just need a screwdriver or something do push it plastic clip back and pull the stand up away from the monitor.
