Try booting into safe mode again, remove the drivers, and install older drivers to see if that fixes the problem. You might also try opening command prompt as admin and using these:

Quote

sfc /scannow

Quote

chkdisk /r /f

sfc = system file checker, it'll check for corrupted or damaged system files.

chkdisk = check disk, it'll check for corruption/damage to your drive's file system.

Both should automatically repair any issues they find.

the scan has finished and thats what i got Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at
windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline
repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag

Okay. Open up command prompt as admin again, then run

Quote

DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

DISM is Deployment Image Servicing and Management, it should allow SFC to repair all the errors it found. After running DISM, you'll need to reboot your computer and run SFC /scannow again. These might take a while.
