Mic makes me sound like a robot

When i ever play fornite and join a game my mic starts to a make a static noise making me sound like a robot, however when i play minecraft my mic is perfectly fine and there is no static at all. I have tried updating all my drivers, trouble shooting and I even bought a new mic and still my mic makes a static noise (My mic I use is a snowball)

Try reinstalling Fortnite. If that doesn’t work try uninstalling your audio drivers and reinstalling them, instead of just updating them.
