LG 27GL850, XB271HU HORRIBLE COLOUR BANDING

Hey Guys, I've come to the conclusion that i can't fix the banding issues with my xb271hu and now I'm trying to find monitors of a similar spec that don't have colour banding, do you guys know of any really good 1440p 144hz g sync monitors, what is the experience like with a g-sync certified monitor vs a g-sync compatible one like the LG 27GL850?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as the color banding is to the point where i can't pay attention during games because its so distracting.
