Hi

I have new set:

Ryzen 3600 , stable OC 4.2Ghz

Gigabyte B450 aorus pro

ADATA SX 8200 pro (and 2 sata HDDs)

Corsair VENGANCE LPX 2x16 GB 3000Mhz cl15   (cmk16gx4m2b3000c15r)

And Corsair CMPSU-500CXEU from my old computer

I buy used Sapphire rx 580 8gb Nitro+ , 2 monitors (one HDMI vertically LG 60HZ and one DP horizontally Phillips 75Hz, both 1080p)

OCCT and Valley Becnhmark wasn't crash computer or print any errors. Games also work correctly, no any artifacts.

And i have one problem, it's stuttering. When i watch any vod portals like Netflix and other or i play music from computer i have few millisecond interuption witch sound like B-DOS at few secund intervals.

I tried this, but dosen't work for me:spacer.png

Also, i saw that stuttering disappears while gpu have a little more load then 5-6% [clock around base 300Mhz] (so much generate Firefox witch running vod portal). I running occt GPU benchmark witch 30fps limit to make 25% load[card bust to 1441Mhz]

What can i do with this problem? How can i check my gpu drivers, motherboard, processor etc aren't guilty?

P.S. Yes, i can return this card, but i must have 1000% certainty that is card blame.

What is it like during gaming? People have had luck messing with the Power Limit % slider in Global Wattman, and from experience (I owned an RX 590, and have had to return two 5700 XT's), I've noticed the RX series of cards in general are real finicky. Try reducing the Power Limit % by values of 10 until it's stable, as it might be thermal problems you are running into.

OK , it worked few moments. Now i have the same problem effect, stuttering when i watch any vod platform or film from my disk.

Also when i install my old ati radeon 5570 problem doesn't exist.

There is another person around here having the exact same issues with the exact same video card.

I am thinking there was a batch with bad UVDs in them.

I would suggest an RMA.
