Help need recommendations to get out of bottleneck

Hey so I'm pretty sure I'm bottlenecking hard in Squad for example I can't get constant 1080p 60 FPS. Even on the mediuim. What would be a cost effective method to update my CPU? It's my understanding I'll have to probably socket so motherboard and RAM DDR4 is gonna be mandatory right? 

 

What do yall recommend.

 

MOBO: MSI Gaming Intel Z97 LGA 1150
RAM: 16gb DDR3 

GPU: MSI GTX 1070

CPU: i5 4670k

CPU Cooler: Original Corsair H100i
