Hi Guys,

 

I am about to move to the middle of nowhere the home internet there is 5-9MBps however the 4G speeds there are about 100MBps so my plan was to find a 4G pcie add in card and put a unlimited 4G sim in the machine however im not sure if such a thing exsists i have found loads of laptop 4g cards but nothing thatw would work for a desktop. has anyone seen anything like this out there?

Your best option here would be to get a mobile hotspot and then a good wifi solution for your desktop to get the speeds.

i was going to get a 4g hotspot aswell for my other devices but i wanted my pc to be seperate sorry sould have mentioned that

see my previous comment. I have found over 4g lots of though put can cripple it so i wanted to put the pc on its own connection so my girlfriend watching stranger things doesnt slow it down

  Even in laptops 4G LTE cards are very rare. I dont know if I have seen one for a desktop.
